The Great Place to Work survey assesses key areas such as Justice, Community, Leadership, Behaviour, Hospitality, and Camaraderie. Kyocera scored 93% in Justice while scoring 91% in community, showing the positive and fair work environment we have created in our offices.
The Great Place to Work methodology also requires employees to complete the Trust Index™ survey—an anonymous questionnaire measuring workplace experience across 15 key areas.
Anonymous feedback highlighted the fair and respectful culture across Kyocera’s teams. 96% of employees agreed that they were treat fairly regardless of gender while 95% agreed that management is honest and ethical in its business practices.
