(“KYOCERA ”) grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the downloadable device drivers and application software available on this site (all referred to herein as the “Software”).  To “use” means storing, loading, installing, executing or displaying the Software.

     

    You may not:

    a)    modify, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, create derivative works based on, or copy (except for the backup copy) the Software;

    This license is not a sale. Title and copyrights to the Software and any copy made by you remain with KYOCERA or its licensors.
